The candidate will be responsible for Quality Control Systems, Inspection, Analysing Processes, Quality System Effectiveness Audit(s), MIS reporting and Standardization of processes.

Excellent listening and comprehension skills in English
Graduation is not a must, but most of the staff at SeaView are B.Techs or MCAs or MBAs who got selected on the strength of their English language skills.
Candidates who have had a minimum of 4 years of education outside Kerala are likely to have better English Skills than others.
Selection is based on a series of 4 tests.
Essay (To test writing skills). To write an essay on the given topic. Those who fail this test will not be permitted to take any further tests.
General English (To test language skills). To answer 30 objective type questions.
Audio test. An audio tape containing a dictation will be played slowly. The candidate is expected to write down the contents on a paper.

On line Audio test. Those who pass test 1, 2 and 3 will be given the opportunity to practice in the lab for three days on live work on computers. The test will be conducted on the 4th day.

Those who pass all the tests will be given one week free training in Business Transcription. Those who successfully complete the training will be put on live work and will be paid on a per line basis.

BTs with good work ethics, high productivity and integrity may be allowed to do work from home by logging into SeaView Network System.

Those who do not get selected as BTs have an excellent escape route. You may get enrolled in our Training division for a six months comprehensive training. This is a broad spectrum course that equips candidates to do Medical, Legal, Event, Business and Insurance Transcription. The training is comprehensive, systematic and full time. Except for a few hours of classwork, the training mostly consist of online work under practicing professionals on a one-to-one basis.

There is a minimal fee which can be paid in easy monthly installments.
